One of the best book two's I've ever read in a series. Andrew Peterson outdid book one with this book. However, I do recognize that without book one, book two would be nothing. Peterson weaves the plot into your heart and soul in unexpected ways. It is complicated and spectacular. Almost unimaginable yet earthy at the same time. Full of hard decisions. There are dreadful surprises and delightful surprises.

I am nuts about books. I read on all kinds of topics. I attempt to review each book I read for the sake of my own enrichment as well as conversation starters with others.
