The Brief Introduction, the Slightly Less Brief Introduction, and the Very Brief Introduction are delightful to read. They are full of witty names and places that kept us all laughing. The only letdown of the book was when we moved onto chapter one and these funny, witty names seemed to become normal. The book is somewhat slow moving at first, but as you get into the story, it makes up for lost time.
I'm reading this to my kids, and I'm not done yet. But it was interesting enough that I had to read ahead and finish it. That's a good sign! Looking forward to the next book in the series.

I am nuts about books. I read on all kinds of topics. I attempt to review each book I read for the sake of my own enrichment as well as conversation starters with others.
